截至2018年统计Wensar吉他仅在中国就有八十多家授权经销商。公司的理念是宁愿报废销毁残次不合格品，也决不允许流入消费市场。尽力维护每一位温莎吉他用户的消费权益。
台湾研发团队生产的吉他最足以为傲的莫过其优异的温暖音色，几乎所有的客户对Wensar吉他音色都赞不绝口，董事长姜先生更提到，“凡是参观过厂房生产线的客户对于我们完善的干燥设备，精巧的手工及细节部位的处理都感到非常满意，甚至多年的老客户都曾直言‘变态’品控”，而这也是为什么经销商放心的在产品包装中放入“终身保修”的卷标的最佳佐证了。
1893年7月，北纬42度17分，西经83度 位于加拿大安大略省东南部的温莎市在建镇3年之后的温莎大学音乐系成立一支原声乐团，在校方和教育界大力支持下成立属于校方的手工乐器研发团队。团队成员Michael Siu毕业后回到母校继续担任WENSAR guitar的研发组长，并任职加拿大温莎大学副校长Michael Siu 教授。
团队的努力成果全球有目共睹，温莎吉他传遍欧洲北美市场，持续以原生态乐器为主题进行开发了温莎小提琴和温莎爵士鼓，2003年之后进驻中国大陆市场。2005年在台湾北部地区设立中国工厂。
